We are currently seeking driven and highly motivated individuals to join our TEAM for our September training class. Start as a sales trainee to broaden your professional experience through a comprehensive 2- year development program building your sales, technology, and business acumen, as well as a customer-centric mindset to set you up for professional success. Upon completion of the class, trainees will be promoted into a Senior Inside Relationship Manager role within the Medium Enterprise organization in Apopka, Florida.

About Our Sales Academy Program Experience:

  • 2-year Sales Development program.

  • Initial 9-week classroom-based training at our Broomfield, Colorado office location.

  • Learn technical and professional fundamentals for success from proven sales leaders.

  • Understand CenturyLink’s full product and solutions portfolio to increase overall knowledge for go-to market strategies.

  • Network with a group of other sales trainees, sales leaders and business executives.

  • At the successful completion of the 9 week classroom-based training, transition into an Inside Sales Manager role within our SMB- Medium Enterprise.

Specifics for our Senior Inside Relationship Manager Role:

  • Responsible for managing an assigned base of customers.

  • Deepen and expand the relationship between CenturyLink and key accounts to maximize revenue and minimize churn.

  • Build customer relationships, assessing product fit and expanding product portfolio.

  • Responsibilities include identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, identifying appropriate solutions, and positioning these solutions with the customer.

  • Accountable for protecting base revenue and meeting/exceeding average quota.

  • Ability to function in an unscripted capacity; requires solid interviewing / selling / persuasion skills, in addition to a strong knowledge of the company's products/services and often requires additional knowledge of competitor's products/services.

  • Responsible for updating relevant customer information - including sales funnel activity, opportunity updates, maintenance of monthly goals, customer proposals and customer contracts.


What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent education and 0-2 years Business to Business inside/outside sales experience.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in an inside/outside sales role.

  • Experience calling into an existing customer base.

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and passionate individuals who can directly impact the business through technology solutions

  • Passion for customer service and desire to understand and introduce new technology to customer base.

  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical problem solving and closing skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
