It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they aredoing!Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesElectro-Mechanical assembler with mechanical skills either in automotiveindustry or production manufacturing.Under moderate supervision, perform varied tasks of intermediate complexityincluding reading and understanding of blueprints and Bills of Material andcompletion of documentation.May adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/orequipment to meet the more complex requirements, functions of the position.Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issuesto higher levels.May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking thework of other employees.Participate in process improvement and safety program participation.Assembles small components per engineering drawings, process sketches andprocess notes.Upon completion of the operations, records the required information on theroute card and fills out required CQS documentation.During the operation, performs inspection to insure adherence to dimensionaland finish requirements, using gages, measuring devices, etc., andmakes in-process adjustments as necessary. Does any internal work called outon sketch print or assigned by supervisor.Utilizes safe working habits and is conscientious to not endanger self,others, equipment, or property. Maintains work areas in a neat and orderlymanner to minimize unsafe conditions.Strives to maintain high personal productivity level and performs otherrelated duties as assigned as well as training other employees when necessary.Skills and AbilitiesRequiredAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions.Ability to use hand tools including Torque Wrench.Ability to understand blueprints.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Technical / Business School Certificate, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship orother post high school training is a plus.3-5 years of experienceComputer literateIf you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers,you'll enjoy your career with us!Sundyne is an Equal Opportunity employer.
