The manager provides leadership, planning, development,implementation, and maintenance of our quality system and team to ensurehigh quality in BNI products and processes, as well as provides technical,process, and program support to our various departments, suppliers, andcustomeDuties and Responsibilities: Lead, analyze, report and provide corrective action to integrate andensure quality in the company, its programs, products, and culture toenhance long term viability of the organization. Build and manage resources, processes, systems, and controls toeffectively execute the quality function. Develop, lead, and manage a high performing team to maximizecustomer satisfaction. Provide effective communication and reporting to ensure all stakeholdersare working together.Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervises employees in the Quality Department; carries outsupervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policiesand applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, andtraining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work;developing employees' skills and encouraging growth; setting expectationsand appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;addressing complaints and resolving problems; establishing positive employeerelationships through fair, consistent, and respectful treatment of employees.Qualifications:To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge,training, experience and abilities required.Education and Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline; or sixyears related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.Experience: Seven years' experience in quality engineering or quality assurancewith a minimum of two years management experience. Three years' experience with recognized quality systems (ISO, AS, QS, TS) Three years' experience in a complex metal manufacturing environment- aerospace environment preferable.Other: Must be willing to work overtime as required. Travel up to 20% of working time.Desired Job Qualification: Applicable training certificates (CQE, CQA, RAB) are desirableWork Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
