If you're seeking to work with an amazing team in a "get-it-done"atmosphere that supports your development, and recognizes yourachievements, BNPosition Summary: The Quality Inspector II work with littlesupervision/mentoring and is proficient at all manual inspections with themanual Coordinate-Measuring Machining (CMM) and operating prior programedDigital Computer Controlled (DCC) CMM. Inspects components,assemblies, and related paperwork to ensure compliance with specifications.Ensures that no non-conforming or rejected product gets shipped to the enduser or customer. Focused on providing the highest quality products tocustomerDuties and Responsibilities:Gather documents, prepare the workstation and ensure that changes have beenincorporate prior inspection.Evaluate parts to ensure that they meet specified requirements per theinspection plans.Collaborate with all departments to ensure that information and data transferseffectively to meet customer needs and organization objectives.Continuously improve procedures, processes and methods to ensure zeroescapes on manual inspections and the CMM.Qualifications:To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge,training, experience and abilities required.Education and Training:High School diploma or equivalentExperience:Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection function in complex custommanufacturing environment.GDandT experience with a variety of machining processes.Knowledge of programming with PC-DMIS and CMM Manager.Others:Must be willing to work overtime as requiredTravel up to 5% of working time.Desired Job Qualification:Associates degree or completion of an apprenticeship program in a relatedfield is desired.Experience in an ISO9000/ASO9100 organization.Work Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
