Based in our Highlands Ranch, COlocation, you will be responsible for managing all administrative supportfor corporate accounts including digital content and data, creating salesreports and conducting analysis, developing and implementing promotions,training accounts' sales personnel, attending tradeshows and engaging inphone and in person sales meetings.Corporate Accounts comprise fifty percent of ProTeam overall sales and aremanaged nationally by the Corporate Accounts Manager. This group of customersare large, complex accounts requiring significant administrative efforts andare decentralized presenting many opportunities for growth through increasedcontact, support and promotions.AS THE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:Manage all parameters and content for corporate accounts (10+) and GDSNportals (75% of initial responsibility, reducing to 50% longer term)Build and maintain onboarding, attributes, specs, dimensions, shippingdata, pictures, videos, parent-child product relationships, COI,COO, NAFTA, IMAP mgmt.; proofing for accuracy and competitive relevanceEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according tocustomer needs and objectivesDevelop and implement promotionsCreate and coordinate account specific marketing contentConduct customer sales trainingsManage and attend trade showsAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities withinterritoryConduct sales calls; phone and in personWHO YOU ARE:You are a person that will establish and maintain effective customerrelationships with key individuals in large corporate customers. You willconduct research and try new approaches. Regular communication with customersis an important aspect of the position; you will effectively communicate invarious settings. Finally, the postion will be responsible for multipleprojects and ongoing tasks and it will be important to focus and monitor bothformal and informal progress regularly.SCHEDULE:We offer a work life balance to our employees, general working hours forthis position are 8:00am to 5:00pm. We do offer the flexibility of a corehour work schedule with start time between 7:00am and 9:00am and end ofday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:Four year college degree in business or related field2 years experience in account management, sales or content managementAttention to detailAptitude for data management with strong Excel skillsetStrong interpersonal, sales skillsAbility to travel up to 25% of the time.Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not beprovided for this role.
