What you will do:Contract Renewal specialists are responsible for ensuring customers renewtheir relationship with Johnson Controls. A Contract Renewal Specialist willcommunicate with customers by making outbound calls or emails to customerswith contracts up for renewal and following up on opportunities to secureContract Renewals.To be successful as a Contract Renewal Specialist, you should be persuasiveand committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performingContract Renewal Specialist should be able to demonstrate strongnegotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.How you will do it:Actively sourcing Contract Renewal Opportunities through cold-calling andemailing.Negotiate offerings with an existing customer to ensure their continuedpatronageProcess customer contracts and agreementsAdvise customers on suitableproducts/Services based on their needs and specificationsEngage customers and resolve any existing concernsAnswering potential customers questions and sending additional information peremailUnderstanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunitiesUpsell services and/or product as applicable to capture renewalAchieve quarterly assigned team sales quotasMaintain accurate forecast activities for assigned regionMaintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers to reduceattritionPartner with other members of the renewal team and with field sales to supportin the selling processQualificationsWhat we look for:Required:High school diploma or GED.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.Previous Sales experience.Previous Experience with Customer Retention and EscalationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to handle a high volume ofe-mail communications and outbound calls.Excellent and Effective verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, confidently, andprofessionally within all levels of the company regarding complex issuesWell-organized with a strong ability to manage numerous projects andconflicting demands in a fast-paced environmentWhat else you'll get:Supportive team environment, flexible schedule, mobile device, laptop,company vehicle.
