QTC Management Clinic Office Manager - CLINI05130 in Aurora, Colorado

Job Summary:The Clinic Office Manager is responsible for the operations and administrationof a QTC medical clinic. Ensures office is running smoothly by supervising thehiring, orientation, training, development, and evaluation of clinicstaff. Manages a clinic budget to ensure expense goals are met. Responsiblefor communicating and resolving physician, customer and claimantinquiries, incidents and complaints. Serves as a liaison with all internaland external customers and ensures compliance with HIPAA and other privacyreguEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the day to day Front and Back Office operation of a medicalclinic, to include planning and coordinating the work assignments of allclinic staffEnsures excellent quality, timeliness, and customer service throughout theentire claimant and customer experienceParticipates in the physician recruitment, orientation, relations, andretention processAssists in the creation and implementation of all policies, procedures,goals, and objectivesEnsures strict confidentiality of all medical records, PHI and PIIResponsible for managing a clinic budget to include medical and office supplyinventoryResponsible for ensuring all medical equipment is calibratedAssist as needed in the Medical Assistant roleOther projects and duties as assignedCompetencies:Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegateeffectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency in afast paced environmentPossess excellent organizational and follow up skills, with a strongattention to detailPossess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze data and informationDemonstrate a high standard of business ethics and integrityProficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office SuiteSound knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and body systemsStrong working knowledge of electronic scheduling systems, ElectronicMedical Records (EMR), and case management programsEducation and/or Experience: (includes certificate .and. licenses)Must meet State requirements for Medical AssistantCertification/Registration where requiredMust be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries(NACI) background investigationThis job description supersedes all prior job descriptions and is intended todescribe the general content and essential requirements for the positionlisted above.
