All COVID Clean plantsPay Range: $15.80 -$18.96 perhourperhour (Daily Pay available)$1.00 per hour Attendance Incentive Bonus (Paid bi-weekly)Monthly Production Incentive BonusOpportunity for promotion after 90 daysShift Differential (2nd and 3rd shift) .50 centsPaid holidays, gap holidays, paid time off (PTO), paid maternity andpaternity leaveSteel Toe Boots reimbursement programFitness Reimbursement programMedical, vision, short-term disability, dental, a health reimbursementaccount (HSA), a flexible spending account (FSA), an employeeassistance program (EAP), a 401(k) plan with a 6% match withimmediate vesting, education reimbursements, referral incentives,performance recognition, company parties, and more.The hours for 1st Shift are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS):Responsible for inspecting Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) for qualityand remove any waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, andnon-Tosca RPCs from the production line in accordance with Tosca's food safetyMust be able to load, unload, and stack RPCs from the production line forprocessingMust be able to operate a forklift safelyResponsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment includingreporting food or environmental safety concernsMust be able to understand, operate, and manage automated machinerytouchscreen and switch panelsCan operate multiple service center operational processes, including HMI andscanning.Manage the sanitization of production line and equipmentMust be able to safely operate equipment in alignment with Tosca's safetyprotocols, including - Lockout/Tag-out, Chemical Handling, etc.Monitor processing of RPC's through the line and adjust input or output asneeded to maximize throughputMonitor supplies or materials used for processingComplete document prep, filing, training, auditing, data entry,inventory counts, etc.Must be able to understand written instructionsWill be required to assist the Maintenance Coordinator or Technician on minormachine adjustments or fixesPerform other related duties and assignments as needed within the servicecenterREQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE, and EDUCATION (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES):Minimum 2+ years related experience preferredForklift Experience 2+ years actively operating a forklift where applicableOperators Experience 2+ years operating automated equipmentPackaging or Food manufacturing environment is a plusEffective listening, communication (verbal and written)Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-driven, change-focused environmentGood judgment and decision-making abilityTeam player who works productively and demonstrates leadership potentialAbility to perform simple business math
