If you are looking for avaried role in a global company that offers career growth and the chance towork with a recognized industry leader, choose Trimble Precision Tools.Position Overview:The Inside Sales and Support Representative will be responsible for increasingrevenue within a database of circa 1000 of our sub $2000 sales per annum UScustomers. You will be expected to identify new opportunities, develop andmaintain a sales pipeline, support and meet sales targets. The Inside Salesand Support Representative will report to the Director of Sales for thePrecision Tools business. Ideally you will have knowledge of constructionapplications. You will need to demonstrate an ability to create newopportunities, prospect and close sales. You will require strong verbal andwritten communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, businessjustification and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to create andarticulate solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to travel may berequired, however travel is not expected to be intensive.Expectations:Gain sufficient product knowledge to be able to confidently articulate thefeatures and benefits of the Precision Tools portfolio.Have the ability to create relationships via phone calls, email and othercommunication platforms.Record all customer inter-actions in the organizations CRM system -SalesForce.comWork with the locally based Marcom team to ensure customers have access toappropriate POS articles, catalogues, brochures etc.Identify potential customers and build a sales pipeline that supports orexceeds the sales targets.Prospect for new opportunities and record progress in Salesforce.Create a business plan for the customer base and build a backwards integratedsales plan with key milestones to measure success factors.Expand the business plan to factor in lessons learned from initial activity. .Meet or exceed sales targets.Required Skills/Qualifications:BS or equivalent work experience, ideally in either sales of constructionproducts/materials or construction experience particularly in interiorconstructionExperience with developing sales pipeline, prospecting and a proven trackrecord in sales.Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skillsProficient with MS Office and/or Google DocsCRM experienceBe flexible, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and meetdeadlinesWork ethically and within company guidelinesInformation to Review:The following links are recommended in order to better your understanding ofTrimble, and the products available within this particular division.Videos to Review:Trimble is an exciting, entrepreneurial company, with a history ofexceptional growth coupled with a disciplined and strategic focus on being thebest.
