Responsibilities include: Coaching channelpartners on our software portfolio, assist with formal presentations,demonstratraining and when needed, technical and sales support.Qualified candidates will have sound knowledge of constructionsurveying/design; be fluent in AutoCad Civil 3D, Trimble BusinessCenter, Microstation, TerraModel and / or Geopak.Experience using GPS and Total Stations (including Trimble branded hardware/ software / networks) is a big plus. The ideal candidate will haveexcellent written and verbal communication skills. BS degree / PE / PLS aplus. Up to 75% travel required (will vary week to week). Work in agreat team environment; we offer a very competitive compensation andbenefits package, and an extensive training program.Detailed Position Description:The Territory Software Solutions Specialist will be responsible for growingTrimble's fleet/ asset management, Business Center-HCE and ConnectedCommunity sales support and services within the assigned Channel Partnerterritory / network. This person will develop and execute annual sales plansto penetrate and grow sales and increase market share within the constructionmarket.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute territory and key account sale software support plans withourChannel Partners responsible for that footprint.Meet quarterly software service and hardware targetsRepresent Trimble's software solutions products and services at all levelswithin eachaccountDevelop and deliver effective key messages and value propositions atC-level, V-level and operational levelCritical Competencies:Sound knowledge of construction surveying/design; be fluent in AutoCadCivil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Microstation, TerraModel and / or Geopak.Develop professional and meaningful channel, customer, Trimble and third partyrelationshipsAbility to ask great questions, listen to customers at all levels andquickly identify keybusiness opportunitiesAbility to develop a C-level sponsor, and product champions within keyaccountsAbility to assist in a wide range of sales from very simple to large complexsales that could involve as many as 15-20 buyer typesAbility to demonstrate and clearly articulate value propositions at theindividual buyer level and at the channel partner level.
