We'll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value ofspirituality in healing.We're proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As a CRM Analyst you need to know how to:Leverage database tools to identify audiences for various internal andexternal communications, and build supporting lists.Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that bestleverage the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, anddata migration elements of ongoing Salesforce-based projects.Collaborate with client stakeholders to assist in defining requirements anddeliverables, and set and manage expectations.Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.Use data and insights to inform and develop new strategies, campaigns anddeliverables that drive marketing, communications and business results.Collect, organize and analyze customer data to develop meaningful reportingmetrics and ROI analysis on various activities.Your experience.We hire people, not resumes.
