As Inside Channel AccountManager, you will be responsible for supporting the MSP team by effectivelyselling Carbonite cloud backup and recovery, availability and migration,and data protection solutions and services in addition to WebrootcybersecurityAs Inside Channel Account Manager, you'll become a cyber resiliencesubject matter expert. You will be responsible for leveraging the channel andworking in conjunction with MSP partners to prospect and close direct salesopportunities, increasing growth and revenue.This is a dynamic role representing both Carbonite and Webroot on the frontline and requiring strategic thinking, strong sales acumen and a willingnessto support the broader Sales teams in achieving and exceeding our goals.You Are Great AtProactively prospecting new business opportunities via cold call, email,prospecting tools and marketing leadsManaging the entire sales cycle including sourcing, prospecting,qualifying, product demonstrations, objection handling, competitiveanalysis, negotiation and closingDriving partner revenue generation activities through demand creation and leadmanagementPartnering with field CAM counterpart for the assigned territory to create andexecute on a sales territory plan with an emphasis on net new customersContinuously managing a pipeline of business prospects in collaboration withthe field CAM to drive new businessConsistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual salesgoals within the assigned territoryWhat It Takes2+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry;knowledge of the MSP market a plusTrack record of proven success achieving sales targets and driving salesgrowthOutstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalMust be able to understand and articulate Carbonite and Webroot valuepropositionsMust be able to conduct market research and competitive analysis Applicants have rights under Federal Employment Laws including but notlimited to:Family and Medical Leave Act (FLMA),Equal EmploymentOpportunityandEmployee Polygraph Protection ActAt OpenText we understand and value diversity in our employees and are proudto be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
