We'll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value ofspirituality in healing.We're proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As a Lead Clinic Call Center Specialist you need to know how to:Assist PCC Management in the hiring process, training, and preparation ofperformance reviews and maintenance of schedules.Monitor and assist the Clinic Call Center Specialists in handling patient andclinic calls, to properly follow SCL Health, SCL Health Medical Group,PCC processes and procedures, to correct deficiencies and resolve issues.Assist PCC Management in reviewing and analyzing processes and procedures forthe PCC.Accurately accesses SCL Health Electronic Medical Record software and otherdatabases and spreadsheets to correctly handle patient and clinic inquiries,to investigate deficiencies and errors. Coordinates the management ofdatabases, spreadsheets, and reports. Provides reports on customer serviceand policy/procedure adherence.Provide backup in emergency situations. Covers lunches, breaks, and shiftsas needed.Your experience.We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is whywe require:High School diploma or equivalent, required.Minimum of six (6) months experience as a PCC Clinic Call CenterSpecialist and/or Patient Service Representative (PSR), required.At least one (1) year experience as a PCC Clinic Call Center Specialistand/or Patient Services Representative, preferred.At least one (1) year experience in a medical field, preferred.At least one (1) year experience in a call center or high volume callposition, preferred.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, preferred.Your next move.Now that you know more about being a Lead Clinic Call Center Specialist on ourteam we hope you'll join us.
