In thisrole you will be responsible for day to day recruiting activities and willalso support Talent Acquisition needs for the HR staff at our Broomfield andSan Diego locations. As a member of the HR team, your duties andresponsibilities will extend beyond the Talent Acquisition realm into otherareas of Human Resources, allowing you to grow into other HR areas that areof interest to you. Our benefits package includes 401(k),medical, dental, vision, life, ADandD, flex spending accounts,STD/LTD, Paid Time Off and tuition assistance.Responsibilities* Responsible for managing a portfolio of requisitions for a company with 400employees nationwide;* Delegate and load balance all requisitions to self as well as recruiters inBroomfield and San Diego;* Maintain recruiting business tools including our hiring manifest and ATS;* Work with marketing personnel to take the lead on ZOLL Data's eBrandingstrategies and messaging;* Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and executives based uponcommunication and trust;* Work as a business partner to identify and address the challenges of hightech recruiting in today's marketplace and brainstorm on creative ways tosource candidates;* Proactively engage in building a pipeline of passive candidates;* Utilize LinkedIn Recruitier, Indeed, and other tools to identify passivecandidates;* Work with hiring managers to continually evaluate technical and "rightstuff" candidate requirements for positions in the company as they arise;* Take initiative to learn about the various technologies that are current inthe software development industry and become conversant about thesetechnologies;* Attend job fairs and users group meetings to assist in promoting the ZOLLBrand;* Conduct thorough front line screening on candidates for open positions andfacilitate the interviewing process;* Negotiate offers with successful candidates and complete handoff to HRGeneralist;* Accurately articulate the company culture and benefits to candidates inorder to promote the ZOLL brand;* Cross-Train on generalist activities and other Human Resources functions andtake on special projects as assigned.Qualifications* 4+ years of experience in an a fast paced, in-house recruiting environment;* Experience sourcing and attracting hard to find technology candidates aswell as general office and business personnel;* 3+ years of experience leveraging employer eBrand and social media tolocate and attract candidates;* Above average profic
