As an Associate

Solutions Operations Consultant in one of the fastest-growing verticals at

Oracle Data Cloud, you will support our Sales and Client Solutions teams

through the execution of our Measurement and Audience solutions.

This person is

passionate about learning with a strong interest in advertising, marketing, and

digital media. The ideal candidate will proactively communicate and

troubleshoot issues and propose new solutions to achieve operational

excellence. This person will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and

continuously evolving environment. Understanding of JIRA, DMP’s, DSP’s

and the digital advertising ecosystem is a big plus.

Oracle Data Cloud

is on the cutting edge in the development of data driven targeting and

measurement methodologies for digital campaigns across various channels:

open web display, video, mobile and social. This position will be relied

on to ensure successful operational execution of client campaign studies,

custom audience creation and presentation decks. Success will require

multi-tasking, strong communication skills, self-motivation, obsessive

attention to detail, leadership, critical thinking, enthusiasm, and

determination. You will be at the center of operations on Oracle Data

Cloud’s Solutions Operations team.

KeyResponsibilities will include the following, but will evolve based on businessneeds:

  • Focus is 90%

internal/operations; 10% client interaction

  • Own day-to-day

collaboration and communication with Enterprise operations and analytics teams

  • Proactively troubleshoot

issues, provide solutions and communicate to internal teams

  • Collaborate with internal

stakeholders to develop strategic audience recommendations

  • Consistently provide

internal clients with timely and accurate responses to audience and measurement


  • Participate in client

scoping discussions, campaign Kick-Off and other meetings

  • Execute custom audience


  • Utilize internal tools

for audience construction and sharing

  • Assist with execution of

measurement campaigns (Feasibility, Placement Mapping, manage JIRA process and

status progression, troubleshoot issues, schedule reviews)

  • Prepare decks for

audience and measurement presentations and provide audience insights where


  • Support Senior Ops

colleagues on projects and execution

  • Help troubleshoot

financial discrepancies in monthly revenue recognition process

  • Assist with creation of reports as

directed by Client Solutions and Sales

Key Skills& Attributes:

  • 1 years experience in

agency, digital marketing, campaign management or data management.

  • Understanding of the

digital ecosystem (DMP’s, DSP’s, media partners, publishers, etc.)

  • Self-starter with a

demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously across a matrix


  • Detail oriented and

desire for continuous process improvement

  • Works well in a team

while being humble and striving for improvement. Operates with optimistic

tenacity and a client-first approach

  • Ability to succeed in a

fast-paced and continuously changing environment

  • Intermediate Excel and

PowerPoint skills

  • BA/BS degree required

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Staff Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product

  • s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.3 - 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred. 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
