Footprints to Recovery is targeting a Sales Representative to support our Centennial, Colorado substance abuse treatment facility. Duties include:

Footprints to Recovery, a life-saving, national substance abuse treatment company with locations across the country is targeting an energetic sales and outreach specialist to perform business development and open business opportunities in an effort to drive admissions within our substance abuse treatment facilities. Footprints to Recovery has a full continuum of substance abuse care across the country ranging from a standalone medical detox in Arizona to a full residential program in Illinois as well as 4 PHP/IOP/OP programs in Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are in growth mode and want your expertise to help us grow our newest location!

We are looking for someone who has contacts and business development experience working with hospitals, doctors, therapists and others in the healthcare industry all in an effort to drive clients to our new facility so we can provide world class clinical care and fight the addiction statistics.

As a valued member of our Outreach Team, your day to day duties will include:

  • Establishing new relationships by promoting and marketing Footprints to Recovery?s facilities and world-class care.

  • Establishing new relationships with referral sources outside of the substance abuse industry (e.g. hospitals, EAPs, universities, unions, law-enforcement, etc?) by promoting and marketing Footprints to Recovery?s facilities and world-class care, opening up doors and utilizing FTRs in-house marketing department for support.

  • Represent Footprints to Recovery at local industry trade shows and networking events, generating business leads to follow up with

  • Servicing referral sources in your territory (new and old) to maintain great relationships with our valued partners, to grow the accounts and ensure 100% satisfaction between Footprints to Recovery and the referral source

  • Seek local qualified candidates to continue to grow the team with additional Outreach reps

  • Provide regular, weekly reporting to the National Outreach Director regarding contacts made and attempted, meeting details, growth prospects, issues and feedback, full meeting schedules, goals

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending networking event; reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.

  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
