Comcast Inside Partner Sales Manager in Centennial, Colorado
The primary role of the Inside Partner Sales Manager is to engage, educate and enable the assigned partners to sell Comcast Business products and services. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for marketing and selling Comcast Business Class products and services through the indirect distribution channel. Remotely manages ongoing relationships with agent partners. Drive revenue and ensure the Indirect Channel partners are positioning Comcast Business solutions to end-user customers. This job is an inside sales position that requires remote management of the agent partners. This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance.
Drives incremental monthly sales as an inside sales resource to meet or exceed budget objectives with partners in a given market or region who are sub agents of a master agent or direct agents/partners.
Remotely recruits, trains and support the partner community to position the entire suite of Comcast Business solutions.
Serves as liaison to assigned channel partners concerning any sales related issues and escalations.
Responsible for interacting with the local market leadership to discuss sales activities, sales strategies, and escalations in the region or division.
Works closely with the National Partner Sales Directors on local market initiatives and partner recruitment events
Exercises judgement and discretion in negotiating deal pricing with agents and partners
Collaborates with internal teams such as sales engineering, finance, etc. to provide exceptional client service to the partner and the customer
Educates partners on Comcast Business products and provides consultative guidance on solutions
Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel via Sales Force.com.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Generally requires 2-5 years' related experience
Bachelor' s Degree or Equivalent (Business, Marketing)
1 - 3 years of experience managing indirect sales relationships
Keen knowledge of the telecommunications industry
Understanding of data, voice and video applications and Integrated Access Devices preferred
Understanding of WAN, CPE and LAN architecture and topology preferred
Ability to build effective internal relationships with regional resources in order to support the partners
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Possess Technical Skills related to Commercial Applications (routers and Networking desired
Team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly (flexible with hours and duties).
Ability to quickly make decisions independently.

Relevant Work Experience
Pay Range: $57,750.00 - $78,750.00
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Targeted Commission: $45,000
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
