We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager with a Bachelor'sdegree in a related field of study. Yourresponsibilities include serving as an HR liaison for all aspects of HR whilefacilitating resolutions, responding to emergencies when necessary,assessing and anticipating HR-related requirements, and proactivelycommunicating with internal HR partners and business leadership to developintegrated solutions. IAS tailors solutionsto customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs toconsistently exceed expectations and provide a turnkey approach to enable ourcustomers to focus on their mission.Must-haves:Bachelor's degree in a related field of study8+ years of experience working in Human ResourcesPrior experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Prior experience working with an HRM/HRI systemStrong background in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and WorkforcePlanningAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance isrequired.Preferred:Experience supporting SCA Wage Determination populationPrior Workday system experiencePHR/SPHR/GPHR CertificationPrior experience working in a COEWorking knowledge of HR related concepts, regulations, and practicesImportant Notice:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S.Security Clearance.
