Job DescriptionPatient Care CoordinatorNTT DATA - Centennial, COFull time, temporary (6+ months)Start date: 3/8/21Pay rate: $16.00Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.If you feel you are qualified by the description below, please apply for achance to interview and discuss your skills and qualifications.Description:Responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating a record informationsystem appropriate for evaluation of patient care utilization services.Implements systems approach in order to streamline workflow resulting in moreeffective record information control.Coordinates and integrates into the patient information system all records,indexes, and reports that relate to the professional care of the patient andadministrative management.Assists the medical staff in the use of the selected terminology andclassification systems so that the information can be retrieved in anexpedient fashion.Acts as contact for all legal matters with insurance companies and attorneys.Processes change of status and adjust records accordingly.Archives discharged records and maintains archive area.Copies required documentation for CHHA, other offices, etc. and forwardsto appropriate person for mailing.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:Minimum one year of related experience.Medical terminology and technology preferred.Basic computer knowledge.Education:High School Diploma or GEDNTT DATA, Inc.
