Our commitment to honoring the gift of tissue donation motivatesus to develop innovative allografts and lead the way in cellular and tissuetheSummary:The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and management ofmultiple complex and concurrent projects as assigned. The individual willneed to organize and lead cross-functional project teams on high visibilityproject initiatives, focusing on engineering projects. Thesecross-functional project teams will include personnel from various groupswithin the organization and outside vendors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and report on process and product improvement projects initiatedand executed through Engineering. Create and manage detailed project plans, including activities,resources, timelines and budgets to deliver results for multiple projects inorder to achieve project goals and business objectives. Create and build strong projects teams, identify PM-related trainingneeds within a project team, and conduct training, both hard and soft,for the successful planning, execution, delivery and support of projects. Flex project management level and style to the project complexity andneeds of the project team. Manage and mitigate impact of project uncertainties, risks and issues. Ensure adherence with change management requirements within the projectand the Quality System. Effectively communicate project status to all levels of the organization. Work with external stakeholders and resources to execute project andbusiness objectives. Create necessary project and process documentation in order to executeprojects. Management of project budget and oversight of capital and expense spending. Mentor others within the organization in aspects of leadership,methodology, tools, people skills and navigating politics. Provide leadership in order to influence internal and externalstakeholders to reach project objectives and drive change in the organization. Act as back up lead and present at EPM and PRO Meetings. Create a high performance/ accountability-based culture among projectteams while working to eliminate any obstacles that may possibly hinder theteam's ability to execute projects. Stay up to date on current project management practices. Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which areconsistent with current operating procedures, training requirements,safety practices and company policies. May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years' successfully demonstrated experience in program/projectmanagement in a regulated environment 3 years' experience working in an environment with controlledoperating procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Experience: Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or business CAPM or PMP certification Experience managing (or in a technical role, executing) processimprovement projects Experience in LifesciencesFor consideration you must apply online, submit a current resume and meetthe minimum requirements.
