The Management philosophy ofpromoting from within is designed to enhance your personal career growth.Position SummaryThe responsibilities of the Knowledge Manager include, but are not limitedto, performing knowledge management to ensure the discoverability,fusion, and dissemination of data, intelligence, reports, and products.Principle Responsibilities of the Position:The responsibilities of the Disclosure Representative include, but are notlimited to, preparing and processing foreign disclosure requests andproposes recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and releasepolicies and guidance.The Disclosure Representative shall review various products for release,ensuring all sources have been identified and appropriate securityclassification markings are applied.They shall verify sources against product content. They shall maintain record archives of disclosure requests andadjudications, and responds to requests for data; proposes disclosures orreleases of information after technical and substantive reviews ofinformation; advises on foreign disclosure policy and procedures inaccordance with the Foreign Disclosure program; and tracks and maintainsrecords for decisions concerning disclosure. The Disclosure Representative shall possess in-depth knowledge and experiencein IC and DoD policies and procedures for determining the releasability ofclassified information.The Foreign Disclosure Representative shall have completed the DefenseIntelligence Agency (DIA) Defense Intelligence Enterprise ForeignDisclosure Course (DIA-INT-2300) or a CCMD equivalent to be consideredtrained and certified.Education Required:* Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college oruniversity accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department ofEducation; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from acollege or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S.Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related seniorexperience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree* Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor categoryactivities required to meet mission requirements.* For analysts, demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitativeanalytic methodologies and pursues developments in academia or other fieldsthat affect tradecraft methodology.* For analysts, demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, orunique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address andcontribute to high-level tasks.* For analysts, demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations andknowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries andclearly articulates key findings.* Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.* For analysts, demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogentarguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions;routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.* Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category withat least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Special Knowledge/Skills Required:* US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCIThe Buffalo Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer -Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities"TBG is an equal opportunity employer and makes all employment decisionswithout regard to race,color, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation,marital status, religion, age, disability, gender identity, resultsof genetic testing, service in the military, or any other status protectedunder applicable federal, state
