As a Lead, Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a Systems Engineering team in design, development, implementation, testing and analysis of Optical Systems sensors products and systems to support the vital missions of our warfighters. This position supports the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together. In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a system engineering role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
9 plus years of engineering experience
2 years experience with system and subsystem specification development
2 years MBSE modeling/Magic Draw experience
7 years of SE experience with systems development
2 years experience with requirements development
Experience with DOORs administration
Hardware experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
DoD project experience
Experience using Agile methodologies
Ability to get Security + certification within 6 months of start
Ability to gain DoD TS Clearance
Graduate STEM degree
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $99,500- $184,500 (salary ranges in other locations could differ). This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
