What We Do
We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors. Our investment in helping people live at home, even when faced with medical and functional challenges is second to none. Our Private Pay Home Care Program consists of care management professionals dedicated to delivering the highest quality in-home care management programs.
The Branch Administration Representative is responsible for administration and/or management of one or more private pay home care branches. The Branch Administration Representative performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks related but not limited to private pay home care scheduling and onboarding processing. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong computer and PC skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Work at home associates must provide their own high speed DSL or a cable modem. Satellite and/or wireless internet connections are NOT permitted. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test

Part time Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM OR
On-Call Monday-Thursday 5:00PM-8:30AM EST; weekends Friday 5PM-Monday 8:30AM EST. Preferred availability 3x per month.
This position is part of the Variable Staffing Pool or VSP. Benefits are limited.
