LinQuest Program Management Support Lead in Colorado Springs, Colorado

DescriptionLinQuest Corporation is searching for a Program Management Support Lead towork on the mission systems engineering and integration (MSE.and.I) contractin support of the Space Development Agency (SDA). The role of the MSE.and.IContractor is to provide the infrastructure and effort required, under theTranche 0 Program Office direction, to ensure that the Tranche 0 Tracking,Transport, and Ground Segments operate in unison to support Warfightermission scenarios and experiments.SDA is responsible for defining and monitoring the DoD's futurethreat-driven space architecture and accelerating the development and fieldingof new military space capabilities necessary to ensure our technological andmilitary advantage in space for national defense.The position is full time and work location is flexible among theselocations: Chantilly, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; Huntsville, AL;Los Angeles, CA. An active DoD SECRET clearance. You will work as part ofgeographically distributed, networked team.Duties and responsibilities of the position include leading the effort to:Work with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to manage contractdeliverables; establish data repository archiveAdminister training program, including tracking of completion status amongstaffInterface with Corporate support staff (e.g., IT, contracts, etc.)to facilitate program staff needs and requirementsInput data, maintain, update, and enhance existing models and/ortemplates in MS Excel and will also maintain/use the job costing,accounting and reporting systems.Perform technical editing of key documentsRequired Skills:Proficient in the use and application of MS Office suite - specifically excelAbility to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidlychanging environment.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsClear and concise written, verbal communications and presentation skillsCandidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectivelyindependently and in team settings to include close collaboration with teammembersAbility to coordinate with numerous stakeholders/customers from DoD agenciesto commercial industryPreferred Skills:Ability to learn and adapt to the use of new tools that may be used in futureSDA and MSE.and.I activitiesRequired Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or related field (e.g., accounting, economics).5+ years of relevant experience in program office supportUS Citizenship and an active DoD SECRET clearance is required to be consideredfor this position Preferred Experience:Technical editing skillsExperience with program office support on DoD programsQualificationsLicenses .and.
