What to look forwardto: As a Program Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise todirect all phases of our programs from inception through completion. You'llbe responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of ourprograms and establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering effortsfor product research, development, integration and test. You'llcoordinate the preparation of our proposals, business plans, budgets,and financial terms and conditions of contracts, act as the primary contactfor program activities, and lead program review sessions to discuss cost,schedAt SNC's ISR, Aviation and Security (IAS) team we are a leading mannedand unmanned aircraft systems integrator for high-performance intelligence,surveillance and reconnaissance, and aviation systems. IAS tailors solutionsto customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs toconsistently exceed expectations and provide a turnkey approach to enable ourcustomers to focus on their mission.Must-haves:This role will be a Deputy Program Manager role, supporting a program tomodify a large commercial aircraft for the US Government. Unique roleresponsibilities (not mentioned above) may include:Schedule Development and Cost PlanningProgram reporting for both internal and external customersTest planning and executionParts and procurement oversightSubcontractor managementLiaison between program engineering and operationsThis role will have two primary locations; Centennial, CO and ColoradoSprings. These locations are roughly one hour commute from each other.Candidate must be willing to commute to either location regularly.Experience in the aerospace industryBachelor's degree in a related field of studyA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationAbility to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance requiredPreferred:PMP certificationDegree in applicable engineering field - Mechanical, Aerospace,Electrical, SystemsExperience with design, build, and/or modification of commercial ormilitary aircraftExperience with FAA Supplemental Type Certification for Part 23/25 aircraftExperience with MIL HDBK 516CIMPORTANT NOTICE:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S.Security Clearance.
