The current opening is for a full-time position working with the same clientson a consistent pre-set weekly schedule. We ask that individuals applying forthis position be those who want to not only work with children on the autismspectrum and other developmental disabilities, but who are committed tolearning and improving their present skill level alongside a team ofprofessionals within the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).This position requires that the individual be capable of applying skillful ABAteaching techniques across children, be able to understand and applyprogramming, and be able to develop professional relationships with parents.Positive Outcomes, LLC considers the level of service it provides to beparamount not only to our success, but central to our overall purpose. Assuch, our organization recognizes the importance of providing our employeeswith elevated communication, oversight, and ongoing training to ensure allour staff feel supported and successful in their individual roles and as partof a team.Required Qualifications: Current certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) ingood standing with the BACB or currently enrolled in training to become RBTcertified. 6 months RBT experience implementing procedures and techniques based onABA principles or one plus years of experience in a related field such aspara-professional or teaching/teaching assistant. Current CPR/BLS certification or currently signed up for in persontraining course that includes practice on a mannequin.Must pass a full background screening for employment in this positionCompetitive Pay D.O.E.
