System One has a temp to hire employment conversion opportunity for a Sr. Property Administrator to support our client in Colorado Springs. Must be clearable to Secret Level during your tenure. This is a must. Remote work is not available.

Must be able to obtain a SECRET CLEARANCE at some point during their tenure.
Sr. Property Administrator Role:
Property Administrator personnel shall support activities associated with initiating, documenting, and maintaining the processes, systems, procedures, records, and methodologies necessary for effective and efficient control of Government Property (GFE/GFM/CAP/CAM.
Conduct audits and evaluations of Government property operations in compliance with FAR 52. 245-1, DFARS and other Contractual Obligations along with our clients procedures.
Property Administrator is required to have:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of property experience on and relevant to Government Property Management system and administration experience supporting to include item unique identification (IUID), valuation and associated processes and requirements.
Certification from NPMA preferred.
Efficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Deltek Costpoint material module desired but not required.
Property Administrator Duties:
Manage government property in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations.
Assist in the development and modification of processes and procedures
Support property lifecycle from acquisition through receiving, tagging, utilization, maintenance, inventory, relief of stewardship, reporting, and contract closeout.
Create and maintain records for all property accountable to the contract in the government approved property management system and maintain support documentation.
Ensure that all property transactions are properly authorized, tracked, and reported.
Ensure timely receipt, identification, documentation, maintenance, inventory, movement, and storage of property.
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and tracking property based at all Braxton Locations both on and offsite.
Manage Government property in custody of Subcontractor(s).
Coordinate physical inventories and reconcile any discrepancies between the physical property and property records.
Prepare reports concerning the status, allocation, utilization, progress, excess and other related issues converting to property. These can include but are not limited to periodic and special purpose reports, physical inventory reports, loss, damage, destruction, and property financial reports according to Braxton procedures.
Logistics- Manage the stock levels within the warehouse or other storage areas as requested
Logistics- Process and expedite the flow of material and equipment into and out of storage or dock areas, to include the shipping process, based upon proper authorizing documents, established schedules, or customer priorities
Logistics- Receive; inspect; assign locations; stock; issue; generate re-orders; conduct and report physical inventories; document and perform inventory adjustments; re-locate stock to make room for new items; package items for shipment; process discrepant, surplus, or scrap items per established procedure
Logistics- Responsible for assisting with warehouse and shipping functions when needed.
