As a manager, you know that even the best tools andprocesses can't have impact without the right training. Analyzing the policyand procedures for a US Space Force client to maintain the operationalcapability to respond to orders to increase, modify, or decrease readinessconditions for homeland and cyber defenses and force protection conditions.On our team, you'll work with Space and Air Force command post SMEs tocapture your client's policy and training needs and advise them on the rightsolution to help them accomplish their mission by reviewing all changes todocuments to ensure that any requirements for space force command posts areproperly accounted for and implemented into USSF policy and guidance. You'llalso analyze, review, and coordinate the development of a USSF MasterTraining Plan and Annual Training Plan and the Critical InformationRequirements Matrix, annually or as updates are required.Empower change with us.You Have:-5+ years of experience in command and control operations, EmergencyManagement, and Training-5+ years of experience with US Air Force Command Post operations-Experience with reviewing and implementing policies and procedures forEmergency Action Procedures (EAP)-Experience with the development of courseware and providing instruction-Experience with Air Force Command Post training management-Knowledge of US Air Force command post equipment systems-Knowledge of C2 policies and procedures-TS/SCI clearance-BA or BS degree or 10 years of experience with command and control operationsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may needto meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.Build Your Career:At Booz Allen, we know the power of analytics and intelligence.
