If youthrive in an organization that values integrity, commitment,stewardship, and service, we want to meet you.We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valuedcustomers as a Test Analyst III to work out of Schriever AFB, ColoradoSprings, CO.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluation of mission systems to assess mission performance.Build evaluation scope using Desired Learning Objectives (DLO).Develop evaluation approach with the purpose of performing statisticalanalysis to evaluate system performance.Develop operational evaluation documentation to include: evaluation plans,execution procedures, data analysis plans, evaluation reports, andrequired briefings.Create surveys to evaluate human factors acceptability, documentation,training, safety, and other areas as applicable.Direct data collection activities and verify all required evaluationobjectives are complete.Evaluate data and assess system performance using the collected evaluationdata, the validated truth data, and the methodologies and tools developedduring evaluation planning.Use statistical analysis tools and methods to evaluate evaluation data anddocument evaluation results.Write technical reports to accurately describe results and problemsencountered during an evaluation.Present evaluation results for customer review and ensure all documents andbriefings comply with higher headquarters guidance.Assist other Analysts by reviewing and providing constructive comments toevaluation briefings and documentations.Additional duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Skills:Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in two or more of the followingareas: Offensive/Defensive Space Control systems, Missile Warning(OPIR and Ground-Based Radars), Space Domain Awareness (Space andGround), and/or GPS related positions.An additional 6 years of direct relevant technical experience may besubstituted for Craftsman education requirements.Desired Skills:Desired: 5 years of technical experience in DoD or USAF Operational Test andEvaluation (OTandE) test design, analysis, and test reporting inoperational environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint,Excel, Access, and Outlook).Possess a broad understanding of statics to include: data distributions,data sampling techniques, confidence intervals, and regression testtechniques.Understanding of Design of Experiments (DoE) fundamentals and able toapply DoE principles to test planning and post-test data analysis methods.Understand how to evaluate common system effectiveness.Possess working knowledge of USAF and USSF test and evaluation directives.Able to use data reduction tools to analyze raw data and identify significantsystem deficiencies.Education:Master's degree from an accredited universityClearance: TS/SCITravel: 10%Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.USfalcon, Inc. provides integrated technology solutions worldwide toDepartment of Defense clients in the areas of C4ISR Operations, Aerospacemission support, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics andTraining.
