As a Senior Director in the Partner Channel at Elavon, you will manage a team of qualified Portfolio Managers that are responsible for the day-to-day management and revenue growth of numerous Partner relationships, including MSP’s (ISO’s), Payment Facilitators, and enterprise healthcare-focused Partners. The team’s financial responsibility is aggregated up to this role, and therefore requires a keen acumen of financial reporting.
Success in this role requires daily coaching, mentoring, and oversight of the revenue growth strategies deployed to your respective portfolio of Partner relationships. This growth is directly driven by increasing sales volume, revenue, and cross-selling Elavon’s products and services.
This role provides exposure to a diverse group of entrepreneurial clients while coaching and educating the Portfolio Managers and their Partners on expanding revenue in an exciting, rapidly evolving industry.
This team of people work within Elavon’s Partner Management Channel. The Partner Management Channel is designed to increase sales volume and revenues of our Third Party Sales Organizations by consulting, collaborating and selling Elavon’s Products and Services as well as recommending new and creative ways to grow their business.

Responsibilities of a Senior Director in the Partner Channel include the following;
Lead a team of driven Portfolio Managers
Drive new merchant sales and revenue for Elavon through third party sales clients
Train new Portfolio Managers on Elavon’s processes, procedures, products and services so that they can effectively manage their third party clients
Utilize a CRM (SalesForce) to manage client relationships and employee performance
Coach Portfolio Managers on industry pricing
Review compensation reporting to ensure revenue growth within the portfolio
Provide sales expansion and marketing assistance to Portfolio Managers and their clients
Maintain open lines of communications with employees and clients
Grow portfolio performance ensuring business growth
Conduct periodic onsite partner meetings with their Portfolio Managers to gain deeper insights into the client’s organization, culture and performance.
Lead develop and successfully complete projects using creativity and foresight
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of relevant experience
Expansive knowledge of the payment processing industry, from the basics of credit card transactions to complexities of statement analysis and pricing models/proposals
Experience in increasing sales
Strong background on leading and training others in sales success
Comfortable in speaking to all levels of a sales organization
Be able to wield strong influence amongst departments that support The Third Party Channel within Elavon
Ability to manage multiple and diverse employees
Ability to quickly learn about new products/solutions and deliver messaging which drives sales
Have the ability to openly communicate with internal and external partners
Drive continuous improvement within the organization
Have a strong mastery of Microsoft Excel including creating formulas, analyzing data, data pivot tables and V-lookups
Ability to analyze financials, prepare strong business cases, prepare monthly forecasts and analyze trends
Strong presentation skills and a mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong ability to plan and schedule
Strong emotional intelligence

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00
