Production Lead
An innovative start up, with headquarters in Colorado, is taking the outdoor camping and vehicle industry by storm. They are seeking anexcited and dedicated professional to lead their production team. Responsibilities
Acts as the key production contact to answer questions, provide guidance, and
encourage a collaborative work environment.
● Ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
● Ability to overcome production obstacles while ensuring timely delivery of vans.
● Motivates, develops, and leads associates and subordinates.
● Disseminates information up and down the chain of command to clarify/streamline
production objectives.
● Identifies and documents problems/resolution of problems.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 4 hours at one time
