Together, with our whole Ohana(Hawaiian for "family") made up of our employees, customers,partners and communities, we are working to improve the state of the world.*Our headcount demand is always changing as we grow; some of the locationslisted here may or may not have an immediate opening at the time of yourapplication.*Job Title: Account Executive, PardotOur Pardot Account Executives sell into a diverse set of industries and isbroken down into the following selling segments:Small BusinessGrowth BusinessMiddle CommercialGeneral CommercialEnterpriseAs an Account Executive within the Pardot team, your focus will be on Pardotmarketing automation solution, which empowers marketing and sales teams towork together to find and nurture leads, close more deals, and maximizereturn on investment.The Pardot Account Executive will formulate and execute asales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth bypenetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in theregion. They will work in partnership with the existing Account owners andwill carry quota for the Pardot product sales.Your Impact:You will work closely with current customers and some prospective customers asa trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges andgoals. You will consult with marketing and sales to demonstrate the value ofPardot and the impact the product will have on their business.You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborativeand fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.Top Qualifications:Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skillset needed to besuccessful will vary from 2-10+ yrs of quota carrying software or technologysales and account management experience. We will align your experience withthe best suited segment. Experience selling to Marketing lines of business ispreferred.
