As the Accounting Manager/FCBK you will be responsible for:
financial reporting and preparing financials
Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end close
Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
Bank account reconciliations.
Report to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis
act as Healthcare liaison.
Handle termination of employees
Payroll, Vacation, PTO, Sick Time, etc for all employees. 401K liaison
General Liability Insurance and Workman’s Comp Insurance programs

Requirements
Accounting Manager/ FCBK Requirements:
• 10+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
• Construction/Distribution/Manufacturing/Inventory experience is required
• Experience with HR and payroll
• Supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
