Description
Robert Half Finance & Accounting is partnering with a nonprofit in Denver to hire an Accounting Manager. This is a direct hire job opportunity paying up to $85K annually and offering great benefits (4 weeks of PTO, 401K with match, great work/life balance, etc.). The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager position must have 7+ years’ of progressive accounting experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. An MBA or CPA would be a plus but are not required for the Accounting Manager position. Experience with nonprofits would also be a big plus, but is not required for the Accounting Manager position. Requirements
Financial statement preparation experience
Nonprofit Organizations experience
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
Month end closings experience
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
7+ years of recent relevant financial experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
CPA/MBA preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business required
