Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric and tech savvy Administrative Assistant to support a senior leadership team within Commercial Banking. This dynamic position will provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services. Including (but are not limited to):

  • Calendar management

  • Event planning

  • Expense reporting

  • Meeting and appointment scheduling and coordination, both remotely and onsite

  • Collecting and interpreting data to produce reports

  • Coordinating special projects and team events

  • Preparing, editing and distributing presentations

  • Travel arrangements

  • Handling confidential information

  • Composing correspondence and other documentation as needed

  • Order and stock supplies; vendor coordination

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • Proficient user of Cisco WebEx virtual meeting platform

Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25
