Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric and tech savvy Administrative Assistant to support a senior leadership team within Commercial Banking. This dynamic position will provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services. Including (but are not limited to):
Calendar management
Event planning
Expense reporting
Meeting and appointment scheduling and coordination, both remotely and onsite
Collecting and interpreting data to produce reports
Coordinating special projects and team events
Preparing, editing and distributing presentations
Travel arrangements
Handling confidential information
Composing correspondence and other documentation as needed
Order and stock supplies; vendor coordination
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Proficient user of Cisco WebEx virtual meeting platform

Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25
