Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Denver, Colorado office for an Architectural Job Captain to join our Advanced Manufacturing team!
The Advanced Manufacturing studio at Ware Malcomb works on an exciting portfolio of technically challenging and complex building types for corporate clients, which include 1 in 3 Fortune 500 companies. Types of projects include high tech manufacturing and logistics facilities, automated distribution, robotics, electric vehicles, aviation, sustainable and green technologies.
Architectural Job Captains assist the Project Manager by leading the coordination of consultants and internal resources for each phase of the project (site planning, conceptual, SD, DD, CD, CA) . You will also provide Revit support, maintain project drawings, provide construction services, code research and assist with project schedules, budgets and submittals.
Architectural Job Captain Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
Strong Revit skills
Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, high tech, science & technology, e-commerce/distribution/logistics, or fast paced commercial projects strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture or related field
Thorough knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract document
