Assistant, ExecutiveWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to join one of our ever-growing,busy T-Mobile office locations in Denver. You will be supporting one VicePresident, and a Director in the traditional sense of being an EA. If youhave 6+ years' experience as an EA, with at least 3 years supporting aSenior Executive, are great at juggling multiple balls in the air at once,and have a positive personality - then apply today! You won't regretjoining T-Mobile - the nation's Uncarrier!ResponsibilitiesPerforms dedicated secretarial and administrative duties for a VP anddirector. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independentjudgment. Requires knowledge of corporate policy. Often called upon tointerpret and communicate an executive's intent to other managers. May makecontacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. Work underminimal supervision on complex projects and may assist less experienced peersRequires competency in customer focus, change .and. innovation, strategicthinking, relationship building .and. influencing, talent management,results focus and inspirational leadership.Support senior leader by performing advanced-level administrative work ofcomplex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producingwork that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Manage executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel,meetings, conference calls, etc.Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzeproblems, determine approach, compile and analyze data and prepare reportsand recommendations.Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties.
