POSITION SUMMARY

To support the service and administration of Aetnas products to achieve profitable growth. This will be achieved through the development of strong relationships and execution of processes and workflows that effectively meet customer and Plan Sponsor needs.

Fundamental Components:

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining favorable relationships with an assigned book of business.

  • Resolve customer issues.

  • Proactively communicate changes and issues to Account Executives and Plan Sponsors.

  • Retention and membership growth on existing accounts.

  • Maintain enrollment, contribution files, reporting and select billing.

  • Serve as project manager, as necessary, on any management initiatives relating to your assigned accounts.

  • Foster team environment and can do attitude.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 3-5 years industry or customer service experience preferably with complex accounts.

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
