CACI International Business Operations Manager (up to 25% profit sharing benefit) in Denver, Colorado
As the Business Operations Manager (BOM) you will report directly to the Program Manager on a complex and dynamic software development program which utilizes a scaled agile methodology and manage the business side of program execution. As the BOM, you’ll work closely with the PM and APMs to understand the intersection of program execution, budget, and contractual schedules. In this role you will support staff resource planning, execution scenario modeling. You’ll be responsible for managing and briefing financial execution and projections directly to the government customer and work alongside the program financial analyst (PFA) who will support corporate reporting needs. You’ll also work closely with the Contracts Manager coordinating contract modifications, supporting engineering change proposals (ECPs), and supporting government requests for financial analysis.

Related tasking will include:
Prepare and manage budget and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses
Ensure personnel and financial resources align with schedule and cost baselines
Meet deliverables, timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations as stated in the contract
Design, organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments, including WBS development
Conduct cross-project team meetings to ensure all project teams have a complete understanding and buy-in to assigned tasks, schedule, deliverables, budget, risks, and measures of success
Manage subcontractor progress on deliverables, ensuring end-products meet product specifications, requirements, and align with financial and schedule baselines.
Meet with executive management and stakeholders to report project status.
Manage and communicate project risks; Identify the critical path; Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Oversee and manage the creation of Project Plans with the assistance of Project Managers, Portfolio Managers and other team members.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Must have an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain Poly security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
7+ years of related experience with government programs/contracts
Strong project management and finance acumen
General understanding of Agile software development programs
Proficient business finance and project management applications used to adhere to program milestones
Ability to operate independently within set guidelines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
