Poly Channel Content Developer in Denver, Colorado

This role works crossfunctionally with theatre/field sales, central and revenue marketing,sales enablement and product marketing to build a channel strategy for Polychannel partners by leveraging, "channelizing" Poly assets and developstrategic channel initiatives.The Content Developer builds partner-specific business propositions, definesimplementation plans and works closely with sales enablement and productmarketing teams to drive partner revenue. Integral to this role is the abilityto articulate clear positioning and value/business proposition of Polyacross different channel partner types.What you'll do:Own the partner messaging story, broker conversations between sales andmarketing to ensure partner goals are aligned with marketing strategyDrive the content strategy for partner events working cross-functionally withproduct marketing, event marketing, sales enablement and theater salesWork with the Executive Experience team to identify relevant content tosupport partner use of our EEC locations around the worldProvide guidance and field recommendations for partner industry events inpartnership with Poly marketing organization to ensure alliance goals are metFocus on "easing the friction" for Poly channel sellers and with thismindset will creatively engage, disrupt and drive successful businessoutcomes as a key cross-functional partnerCreativity, business acumen and ability to operate successfully in amatrixed organizationOrganized and methodical approach to business - ability to translate big ideasinto tactical plansCollaborate with cross-functional team to understand current and anticipatedpartner needs and strategize solutionsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:8+ years of industry experience across sales, channels and marketing.Demonstrated experience with sales, channels and content strategy.Global leadership experience from APAC, EMEA and North America.Strong communications, influencing and soft skills, including the abilityto present complex issues in a clear and concise manner.Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate with peers, business units,partners and customers using a win/win mindset.Well versed in multi-cultural settings.Listed above you will find some things we think will be valuable, butwe're also open-minded.
