Client Relations RepresentativeYou will be responsible for leading client implementations and annual renewalsfor Employee Benefits Services. You will have direct ownership of clientrelationships and employee enrollment while providing post enrollment supportand handling client / broker / enrollment company escalations. Goal is to create an exceptional client / broker /enrollment company experience that leads to client retention and additionalsales opportunities.Manage client renewals and work with marketing resources on enrollmentmaterials to meet client / broker / enrollment company needs and engagewith technical resources on various electronic files. Guide external contactsto provide enrollments timely and internal resources to activate employeeaccounts on-time.You will serve as client / broker internal advocate by resolving client /broker inquiries regarding benefit services, billing inquiries, employeeconcerns and file issues.Work with internal departments to streamline communications and processes,update CRM system, distribute print and digital marketing materials, andprovide additional support as needed.Work with internal and external resources so information developed anddistributed to employees will increase enrollments.You will need to set direction through planning and leadership, then utilizeconflict management and execution to deliver initiatives on-time that meetcommitments and goals.Qualifications5 years account management, marketing or employee benefit experienceBachelors degree, not required but preferred in business, marketing orcommunicationsProject Management skills, ability to lead projects to successful completionExtensive use of G Suite or Microsoft Office productsEffective listening skills coupled with outstanding verbal and writtencommunication skills to adjust messaging style that influences differentaudiencesAbility to develop and foster strong client relationshipsWorks well individually and as part of a teamUp to 10% travelSuccess Attributes of an Equifax employee; does this describe you?AccountabilityBr
