As a Clinic Call Center Specialist you need to know how to: Answer, direct, and prioritize telephone calls and messagesto correct clinic or department. Triage calls according to priority and urgency, transferringcalls as necessary. Document all conversations, demographics to Electronic MedicalRecord timely and accurately. Obtain complete and accurate clinical, demographic andfinancial information during the scheduling process. Follow guidelines for special requests/Stat/schedulemodification procedures and coordinate communications with clinical areas toaccommodate the customers requests. Promote mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, andabide by service behavior standards. Perform other duties as assigned. YOUR EXPERIENCE. We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which iswhy we require: High School diploma or equivalent, required At least one (1) year experience in a medical field, preferred At least one (1) year experience in a call center or highvolume call position, preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, preferred YOUR NEXT MOVE.
