Successful teammates in this role possess a high-level ofmulti-tasking and project management abilities, are detail-oriented, haveexceptional organizational and time management skills, have a "can do"attitude, are flexible and adaptable to change, are independentthinkers, and most of all, are strong team players.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Manage complex projects involving diverse stakeholders and tight deadlines;Draft, review, and negotiate plan and provider agreements and amendments;Ability and confidence to sit work on complex projects and negotiations;Actively participate in the development and implementation and revision ofcontract templates, playbooks, process and training designed to increaseefficiency and decrease contract cycle times;Thoughtfully lead and collaborate throughout the contracting and legal reviewprocesses by analyzing significant business, financial, and legal risks;Develop and effectively articulate creative solutions and mitigationstrategies for key negotiation points to achieve timely and beneficialresults;Cultivate and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships, analyze andrevise contract language, resolve issues, coordinate with legal andnon-legal teammates, and communicate regularly with peers and leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree or at least 5 years relevant work experience in a largecorporation.Minimum 2 years of experience in working with contracts. Work experience in aFortune 500 company is a plus.In-house experience is strongly preferred; experience working with a legaldepartment is a plus.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously to deliver workproduct on time, in full, and with no errors.Experience negotiating transactions
