Effective implementation of CRMproject. To be able to deliver business value to OPCO s on Microsoft DynamicsCRM implementations and monitor and control project execution. The ProductOwner will also prioritize release scope and dates and monitor and report onprogress. The Product Owner would be a hybrid: someone who is able to lookoutward, understanding the end customer s needs, and someone who looksinward, managing the value stream that transforms the stakeholders needsinto software ready to be used by the end customer. * Establishing a clear vision and Release Plan for CRM capabilities. * Define, prioritize, and clarify requirements; work with othersto understand use cases, features, business and technical domain rules andoverall product goals. * Build and refine product backlog. * Participate in business process due diligence, solution design,application design and configuration, and documentation of systemrequirements to help deliver successful implementations * Translate business needs into solution requirements, initial designconcepts, rational business and functional requirements and specificationsfor solutions * Work closely with OPCO s to proactively review applications; makerecommendations on products and/or modifications in accordance with OPCO needs * Plan and manage resources accordingly to ensure successfulimplementations * Act as advisor and advocate for OPCO CRM needs * Manage project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changingneeds and requirements. * Reviews deliverables prepared by team before they are sent to theOPCO. * Minimizes our exposure and risk on project. * Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce solutions thatexceed our users' expectations. * Reviews all deliverables including requirements documents, designdocuments, training documents * Manages key OPCO communication * Document, manage, and prioritize future CRM development needs * Create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements,workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria Qualifications * Has at least 3-5 years of implementation experience with CRM * Bachelor s Degree or higher * CRM Implementation experience required with MS Dynamics preferred * Ability to break down complex problems and design elegant solutionswith a focus on usability and data-driven decision-making. * Ability to collaborate within cross functional teams and build strongrelationships across many functional areas within the organization. * Ability to identify industry, business, and technology trends andbest practices. * Defining functionality and managing a story backlog using the Agilemethodology and tools * Excellent English writing skills and verbal skills * Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously * Understanding of change management * Passion for creating customer value through innovative technologysolutions * Results-driven, data-driven, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented * Strong presentation and verbal / written communication skills * Strong people skills to lead col
