Aerotek Customer Care Representative in Denver, Colorado
We are hiring multiple customer care representatives to join our client's quickly growing team in Denver! This is a great opportunity for you to work from home and and put a smile on customer's faces.
This position is supporting a large outdoor footwear and apparel company. Employees are offered perks such as 60% off of certain footwear brands. Brands they support include UGG, Sanuk, and Teva just to name a few.
The Customer Care Representative provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence. Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.
Written & Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication.
Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customers.
