Amazon Corporate LLC Customer Solutions Manager -ISVs-(Multiple Western Locations in Denver, Colorado

Customer Solutions Manager--ISVs (Multiple Openings)As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) youwill be responsible for helping guide AWS customers along their multi-yearjourney to the cloud. In this highly visible role you will ensure that all AWSteams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes forthe customer.You will be a critical partner to our customers, leveraging your experiencewith large scale cloud transformations and helping guide the customer throughthe operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful AWScloud journey.You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaborationamong the other core account groups (Sales, Support, SolutionsArchitecture and Professional Services), product/engineering teams,and customer teams, planning and supporting major workload migrations. Youwill translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executableactions, working backwards from our customer's key milestones. You willmanage cadence by leading the reporting and tracking functions along the way.The execution of education plans, road map to business outcome alignments,Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions are a fewitems owned by the CSM that are critical to the success of our customer'scloudYou are encouraged to think big, invent and take ownership on customerchallenges. You will not only bring the best of AWS/ Amazon to ourcustomers, you will proactively help solve the customer's challengesthrough new ideas, tools and mechanisms.Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detaildriven, have excellent problem solving abilities, and be exemplarycommunicators both at the executive and project team level. You will be a peerleader, have the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate and leadvirtual teams. Your enterprise cloud experience and operational excellencewill influence the team's decisions, provide insight, and help drivesecure and robust solutions.You will evangelize AWS services and influence customers for adopting them.You should be passionate about delivering a great customer experience bydeploying AWS solutions and driving innovation, and also be obsessed withcontributing to the day-to-day management of the customers successfulmigration to AWS.Basic Qualifications* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, OperationsResearch, or a related field or 10 years of large scale IT solutionarchitecture, deployments, or program experience.* 5+ years of experience with enterprise scale infrastructure orinfrastructure architecture, or development-based cloud programs/projects* 7+ years' experience in enterprise IT, either as a vendor,partner, ISVs, consultant or have prior experience working with ormanaging technical programs* Ability to travel 25% to 35% as needed role based in San Francisco BayArea or SeattleAdvertisementAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Women / Disability/ Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
