Using facilitated, cross-functional Kaizenevents, we re-imagine simplified, more efficient and digitizedprocesses, organizational structures and solutions. In addition, we enablesustained effectiveness at a team and team-of-teams levels through theapplication of scrum, Kanban and other Agile mindsets and methodologies. Asthe enterprise COE for Agile, we enable teams to accomplish their work in afaster, more innovative and customer-centric way.ROLE SUMMARYThe Director, Kaizen Facilitator/Agile Coach role is accountable forensuring teams get maximum the business value of the use of Agile througheffective application of its mindsets and methodologies.Through fostering a community of Agile expertise, and facilitating Kaizenprocess redesign events, this role provides value to our internal andexternal stakeholders and supports teams in creating breakthroughs forPatients. This colleague will establish best practices to ensure the teamlives agile values and principles and understands the processes and practicesthat allow teams to enjoy the benefits of living in Agile ways, measuringtheir progress and continuously improving.This role is responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values andprinciples and understands the processes and practices that allow teams toenjoy the benefits of living in Agile ways, measuring their progress andcontinuously improving.Working with a across talented teams of functional and technical experts,they are key proponents of Agile practices and values, using these to helpdrive forward the program of digital transformation that empowers Pfizer'scustomer-oriented vision.This director-level position requires an individual with a proven ability tolead/coach teams across a variety of disciplines, delivering results thatmeet and exceed stakeholder expectations.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director, Kaizen Facilitator / Agile Coach will help lead ourorganization in adopting new ways of working by facilitating Kaizen events tobring cross-functional teams together to understand, document and simplifyEnterprise 'mega-processes.' Once new processes are defined, aid in theestablishment of necessary business cases and planning required to implementthe changes through implementation of Agile teams.To do this, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:Educate and train colleagues, stakeholders and senior leaders across theentire enterprise, on Kaizen/Agile principles, methodologies and ways ofworking while providing them with tools for implementing the process in theirown work and overcome roadblocks. They are accountable for training teams andestablishing in them the valuable skills that allow for the organization-wideadoption of Agile methodologies.Plan and implement scaled agile teams and facilitate complex design of scaledteams using SAFe ensuring that team vision, goals, scope, KPIs, andthe product domain are established, agreed and understood by everyone on thescrum team for their lasting success and continuous improvement.Leads the design as appropriate of organizational changes to ensure sustainedadoption of Agile methods and practices.Establish an effective and measurable 'business value driver' tree for allteams, linking teams' expected outcomes and vision to discreet KPIsallowing e
