Qualifiedapplicants will be placed in the departmental pool and will be considered foraffiliate/part-time departmental needs beginning Fall 2019 through Spring2022.The University is particularly interested in applicants who have experienceworking with students from diverse backgrounds and a demonstrated commitmentto improving access to higher education for under-represented groups.Metropolitan State University of Denver is an equal opportunity employer. Duties/ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be able to teach lower and/or upper divisioncourses in Geography (GEG), Geology (GEL), Environmental Science(ENV), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Integrated Science(SCI), or Meteorology (MTR). Affiliate faculty are not eligible for benefit coverageunder the University's benefit program. All affiliate teaching assignmentsare dependent upon budget and enrollment.
