Cleaning and preparing a job site including the removal of debris, garbage and trees
Loading and unloading building materials.
Able to operate a variety of tools and machines such as blowtorches, jackhammers, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
Can care for tools used on construction sites and and keep them in safe and clean working order.
Is able to safely operate equipment and vehicles.
Able to understand surveying principles and read stakes.
Can understand and carry out instructions, maintain records and maintain positive working relationships.
Can perform any other routine duties associated with the job.
General knowledge of construction safety
Able to safely perform physical and manual work such as digging, shoveling, and operating power tools.
Must have a good safety history and a willingness to engage and contribute to ongoing safe work practices including the use or PPE.
Must be dependable and reliable with a good attendance record.
Ability to follow direction and work within parameters established by Management and Supervision.
Must be able to effectively communicate with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Required: High School diploma or GED and willing to learn the technologies associated with our industry. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has little to no supervisor duties. PHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Push, pull, and lift items 25 to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outside work exposed to variant weather conditions (hot, rain, snow) and muddy ground conditions. Ability to stand for long periods of time. We Offer an Outstanding Benefit Package:
