Requisition Number:21-16600Position Title:External Description:You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within Colorado orTexas.Contract: 5+ monthsThis role will support filling both our high volume, physical securityopenings, as well as, key openings across all corporate functionsincluding: Technology; HR; Finance; and Sales. This position willmanage the complete recruiting process and drive sourcing for talentpipelines. The Recruiter will partner with designated HR Business Partners andLeadership to identify and deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles andattract passive talent. Experience recruiting both high volume and complexroles is necessary as this position will support each based-on recruitingvolumEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high quality and robust pipelines of candidates throughmultiple channels and sources including: agency partnerships, communityorganizations, and hiring events.Source, qualified candidates leveraging multiple sources including: jobboards; job postings; LinkedIn, Boolean searches; social networkingsites, alumni, internal transfers, and teammate referrals.Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, fromassessing candidate qualifications to extending offers and managingpre-employment requirements to ensure successful entry to onboarding.Build relationships across business units and establish partnerships withhiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needsand fill their open positions in a timely manner.Provide regular status updates to hiring managers; advise and makerecommendations on interviews and hiring decisions.Partner with HR Business Partners and designated COE's to develop long termtalent pipelining plans.Create and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers andcandidates.Support enterprise hiring events and as assigned with the potential to leadinitiatives.Resolve simple to moderately complex issues and problems; collaborate withthe recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs.Ensure delivery against key Talent Acquisition metrics and OFCCP requirements.Effectively utilize and maintain all pertinent applicant and interviewdocumentation and data in the applicant tracking system.Education, Experience, and Skills Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Possesses a strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitmentpractices, and legal and regulatory requirements.Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach forpartnership with internal clients.Experience supporting a high volume complete recruiting process and recruitingdifficult and complex roles of all levels.Experience recruiting quality talent in short periods of time.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Savvy with Boolean out of the box search methods.Solid time management skills, exceptional verbal and written communicationability as well as a high level of attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership, hiring managers andcandidates.Confidence in dealing with people both face-to-face and over the phone andability to effectively use persuasive communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft office suite.Hiring Range: $47,500 - $83,000City:DenverState:ColoradoCommunity / Marketing Title:Entry Level Contract Recruiter (Remote)Company Profile:Location_formattedLocationLong:Denver, Colorado USCountryEEOText_Description:US EEO VerbiageHSS will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color,religion, sex, national origin or any other status protected by law.
